Please note this is not a booking form (it is an enquiry) as we need to check we can accommodate your party wishes first. We will reply with availability as soon as possible. After this time, if you would like to proceed with confirming your party, we will require a $50 non refundable deposit to secure a room and a theme.

Party Information | Terms & Conditions


  • We open AT 10am and must complete strict safety checks beforehand. Please see below a suggested time schedule.
  • All parties include minimum 8 children, INCLUDING the birthday child (discounts do not apply for less).
  • Additional children will be charged a per head party cost.
  • We will cater for the number of children booked. You may add a few extra children on the day of your booking, but must give 24 hours notice to reduce numbers.
  • Your booking is not reserved or confirmed until you have paid your non refundable deposit.  This deposit is not refundable on cancellation.  You may change your party time without penalty provided 2 weeks notice is given.
  • NO thumbtacks, cellotape, screws to be used on walls.
  • Accounts must be paid in full upon arrival at Playtopia on party day.
  • Babies under 12 months are free.  Adults attending the party are also free as this is a parent/ adult supervised playground.  All children not catered for at the party will be charged at the casual entry rate.
  • No additional food other than the birthday cake may be brought into your booked birthday room (unless at special request that has been approved by Playtopia).  If you bring your own lolly/ loot bags these must be held at reception and given out as the children are leaving.
  • After Party: If you are not requiring the services of the kitchen, you will be required to bring your own plates, cutlery, platters etc. Self catering does not include the use of kitchen facilities.
  • Your party room is allocated for 2.5 hours.  Food is served at the time shown on your booking form.
  • Please ensure you vacate the room at the allocated time so our staff can clean and prepare for the next party
  • You are all welcome to stay till 6pm, but the room must be vacant on time. Late departure from rooms will incur a $50 penalty.
  • To ensure children play safely and leave with happy memories – adults must supervise all children attending the party.  We recommend a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 8 children.
  • You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the party room.
  • Playtopia takes no responsibility for lost belongings.
  • Prices and packages include GST and are subject to change without notice.
  • Please remind guest to bring socks as no shoes are permitted for safety and hygiene reasons.
